Asylum in the bedroom

Bedroom - what do you associate with? What are your feelings? - Asylum, peace, rest, not forgetting your feelings.


We spend 1/3 of our life in the bedroom, I think it is worth taking care of.


The bedrooms of my clients with whom I work are always the best organized with every detail, a total gem. However, in order not to be so sweet, the bedrooms often act as wardrobes, offices, libraries, a make-up stadium and even more. And I know what you will think now: "Nobody comes to my bedroom, this is my zone - of course you are right, but do you want to have such a zone?


Remember when I said that morning rush is the perfect way to make a mess?


It is exactly the same with the bedroom, I repeat it always, the less the better, because if your bedroom has everything and nothing, you also need to know that it's a fantastic environment for dust, bacteria, dead skin and pollen from bedding.


Your bedroom is to give you a healthy sleep, relax and intimacy above all!


You have to take care of it!


There is nothing difficult here, I will give you some tips, you can apply them and enjoy this place just for you, or still have a room where everything is but you only sleep there - what is the answer?




• Work and watch - but not in the bedroom


A movie screening with snacks in bed is a great idea and from time to time it is perfectly ok. I am not a supporter of television in the bedroom because it does not help with relaxation and disconnecting from external stimuli and most importantly it does not help in a love climate😊




Make a small challenge and remove the TV for a month, replace it with a good frame book with your loved one - you will feel a big difference.


Of course, I am aware that not everyone has the option of a spare room to be an office and have to work in the bedroom. Don't worry, you can arrange this room in such a way that nothing attracts your thoughts about work in the evening. Turn off the computer (do not leave it in sleep mode) store documents, remove all kinds of coffee cups, saucers, etc.


Bring this place into a state of peace.



• A clean and healthy bedroom


As I said, the bedroom is a place where we are to feel extremely calm and have the pleasure of this place. That is why you need to take care of cleanliness, which is very important for our mental health and body.



• You don't need this


Again, "The less the better." Photo frames, candles, small figures all of this makes you distracted and dust collects, and you have additional cleaning up.


If your bed is dominated by decorative pillows, bedspreads and when it looks great during the day, everything lands on the floor in the evening - I know I'm right.


Baskets or large trunks will work great to put it inside when you don't need it - Easy right?




• Remove the phone from the bedroom


I know that nowadays nobody leaves the phone, of course I understand it.

But you know that blue light from televisions, telephones and bedside lamps interferes with sleep quality and inhibits the production of melatonin, the hormone responsible for sleep, and thus the brain thinks it is still daytime. And we get up not well-rested, even though we slept. Therefore, scientists recommend no electronics for 2 hours before going to bed, and it has been scientifically proven. It's the same in the morning when we wake up and the first thing we do is check the phone. How many of us spend time in the morning just being with each other. For better sleep quality and well-being, I recommend a bulb emitting orange-red light, dark and slightly cooler, turn off the Internet, and replace the alarm clock with an analog one - I applied these rules and I can tell you that there is a difference.



• The bedroom decor is very important


The doctor's vision is a great idea, but let's go back to our bedroom. Did you know that tiny changes bring joy to our mind and body. If you've completed the previous stages successfully, now for the best part. Take a look at your bedroom and find out if you like its style. What would you like to change, look for inspiration combine styles but do not rush. Little details that will give you a wow effect. Such changes will have a fresh effect and you will feel even better.



It's hard to make changes to your life, and it's the same with your home. Especially if we have learned to function in this style. And we do not want a change, but on the other hand, we are drowning in small steps towards the goal. Always analyze whether what looks beautiful and shines or whether it will suit you, your style and your home.
